This is the best carry-on I have ever owned. The build quality is exceptional. The materials used are top-notch. The zippers pull smoothly and appear hearty, robust and unlikely to snag or break. It is roomy inside. The 4-wheels roll super-smooth with excellent balance. It looks super-sharp, . I got Tumi Carry-On for $270 on Amazon which is the best cost I have seen for Tumi Carry-On anywhere.

I am new to travelling with only a carryon. Turns out to be a great minimalist experience. Tumi Carry-On bag was given to me by spouse. I have used Tumi Carry-On one time on a 5000+ mile trip through three airports each way and it's stood up well. Carried on to two flights and walked through three airports with Tumi Carry-On and checked in through three airports Obviously, I cannot address long term sturdiness, but on this first voyage it served me well. The wheels roll freely either two or four on the ground. Handles are sturdy and basically extended. Space inside was adequate for our 8 day journey. Fits basically in the overhead compartment, didn't try it under the chair ahead of me. Construction appears and feels solid. The locking mechanism is workswell. The zipper works well, but do need to be aware of keeping bottom and top aligned to get the zipper to work well.
